Hi, I'm Victor.
I'm a Real Estate Advisor at Charles Rutenberg Realty, and I've spent 25 years helping people cross between Brazil and the United States.
I started at the bottom of that journey — packing boxes, driving trucks and loading containers for an international moving company in 2001. I ended up running its US operations, then co-founding and selling two companies of my own. Since 2011 I've helped Brazilian businesses and families establish themselves in the US through V2 USA Consulting.
That's why my clients tend to be people making a big move: Brazilians buying or investing in Florida, out-of-state and international buyers who need someone they can trust on the ground, and investors who want the numbers to make sense. I've coordinated HOAs, contractors and closings for clients who were 5,000 miles away, and I've helped families choose schools and neighborhoods in a country they'd just arrived in.
Understanding what a buyer is going through takes more than training. It takes someone who's been in your shoes.
Outside of work I'm a husband and father of two teenagers, and I train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu alongside my son. Soccer, travel, and the discipline those things teach show up in how I work.
My purpose is simple: helping people achieve their goals. Every closing is someone's dream becoming reality.

YOU REALLY EXCEED MY HIGHER EXPECTATIONS
Once again Victor showed us that he is more than a simple realtor that visits and do the usual paperwork. He acted as mediator among Lender reps, Seller Agent, and Title company (selected by the seller). Several issues arisen - specially on the communication among the parties that could have caused buyer or seller to back up on the contract – and he resolved everything in a very professional manner.

Extremely Professional, Responsible and Knowledgable
Victor is an extremely professional, responsible and knowledgable real estate agent. We have used him in the past as a buyers agent and this time around he helped sell our home. The sale was a little tricky as it involved a few contingencies and otherwise non standard terms. We really leaned on him for his expertise and thanks to all his hard work we were able to avoid potential pitfalls. A master with the contract negotiations!
A master with the contract negotiations, Victor came up with a deal that was good for us and made the seller happy as well. Throughout this home buying process, he also managed to rent our old house for an excellent price. He knows the South Florida market like the back of his hand. There is nothing that escapes Victor's attention when it comes to property for sale in this area.
We found Victor to be a highly attentive agent, almost as if we were his only customers, although we know that was not the case. He returned all phone calls and emails the same day.
