Outside of work, I'm a committed husband and a proud father of two teenagers. Sports, particularly soccer and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, are my passions. Once again Victor showed us that he is more than a simple realtor that visits and do the usual paperwork. He acted as mediator among Lender reps, Seller Agent, and Title company (selected by the seller). Several issues arisen - specially on the communication among the parties that could have caused buyer or seller to back up on the contract – and he resolved everything in a very professional manner.

Victor is an extremely professional, responsible and knowledgable real estate agent. We have used him in the past as a buyers agent and this time around he helped sell our home. The sale was a little tricky as it involved a few contingencies and otherwise non standard terms. A master with the contract negotiations, Victor came up with a deal that was good for us and made the seller happy as well. Throughout this home buying process, he also managed to rent our old house for an excellent price. He knows the South Florida market like the back of his hand. There is nothing that escapes Victor's attention when it comes to property for sale in this area.
We found Victor to be a highly attentive agent, almost as if we were his only customers, although we know that was not the case. He returned all phone calls and emails the same day.
